SGA Petroleum Services Company, a member of the Al-Akhal Group, was founded in 2022 and has achieved certifications such as ISO for quality, occupational health and safety, and IMCA. The company is distinguished by its high-level training of its employees in the field of occupational health and safety, with a focus on environmental conservation.

The company operates trained marine units and cooperates with major companies in Egypt and government agencies. Following the path of its founder,  Gamal Al-Akhal, the company continues to develop under the management of his daughter, Samar Gamal Al-Akhal.
